6 + 1 concerts: first class travel to the depths of classical music in the company of the greatest masters and most exhilarating performers. This is the promise of this season ticket, four pianists of which will be Boris Berezovsky, Dénes Várjon, Dezső Ránki and Fülöp Ránki, while the world’s leading string soloists are represented by Isabelle Faust and Steven Isserlis. Plus the Danish violinist, Nikolaj Znaider, who appears at the final concert of the series in his other capacity as conductor. The season ticket spanning the ages from Bach to classics of the 20th century also includes premieres by 75-year-old Hungarian master Zoltán Jeney: a new version of the famous Alef and the first outing for Chinese Temple composed as a tribute to László Vidovszky, under the experienced baton of Zoltán Rácz.
