Concerto Budapest will be holding its three-day violin festival featuring Hungarian violinists in January 2026. In addition to showcasing the inexhaustible range of possibilities the instrument has to offer, the Violin Festival also provides an opportunity to encounter our nation’s finest violinists, including several combinations of teachers and students.

Mozart’s genius made his life almost inseparably rich in both. Even during his real journeys, his imagination raced at the speed of light, travelling through a wonderful realm of sounds and harmonies.

How all this gave birth to his masterpieces will be revealed in this performance,  and adventurous journey for children.

Our Soundtrap Series is devoted to primary school children of 8 to 12 years who are happy to undertake a discovery trip in the world of music. Still, of course, their parents, guardians or younger siblings will also have lots of fun at the series' concerts. The pianist, Izabella Simon, also acting as editor and host, builds each of the three shows around a separate storyline.
